Biography

Drummer, producer, composer, teacher.
Since 1996 he works professionally as a drummer in tours, studio, TV and radio with:
Stadio, Red Canzian, Tony Levin, Ronan Chris Murphy, Roberto Vecchioni, Paolo Belli, Orchestra of the television program Telethon 2010 on italian national channel RAI1, Alexia, Paolo Vallesi, Max Tortora, Francesca tour√®, Franco Fasano, Gigliola Cinquetti, Enrico Nascimbeni, Stefano dall’ Armellina.

In various festivals accompanies: Franco Battiato, Karima, Fausto Leali, Antonella Ruggero, Gino Paoli, Morgan, Nada, Eugenio Finardi, Roy Paci, Raiz, Patrizio Fariselli, Ricky Gianco, Massimo Ranieri, Enzo Jannacci, Morgan, Luca Faggella, John DeLeo, Mauro Ermanno Giovanardi.

In The Jazz Blues arena he plays with Larry Ray (Drifters, Temptations, Platters, jestofunk), Ruggero Robin, Jay Tee Teterissa (Candy dulfer), Nicola Sorato, Scott Steen (Royal Crown Revue), Enrico Crivellaro, Pietro Taucher, Teo Ciavarella, Marco Pignataro, Sax Society, and many others.

On May 2018 he released the first solo record, “I’ M”. 

On 2018 he worked to the artistic production and arrangements of two young italian pop artists: Marialaura Tessarin and Phil Grandini. 

On 2012 he produced the album of his band Free Jam titled “What about the funky?”. The album aired and sells in Italy, Switzerland, Austria, Holland, Germany, Sweden, Russia, USA, UK, Canada, Brazil.
The Free Jam in 2013 win the competition linked to the Pistoia Blues Festival, the most important Italian blues festival and of great international importance. They performed in July 2013 alongside Robben Ford, Lucky Peterson and Robert Cray.

Author of the song “Non so io ma tu” from the album “Allo Specchio” of the legendary italian band Nomadi – Atlantic 2006

He owns the IM drums School, a drums school based in Fiesso Umbertiano (RO), which attracts students from all over the peninsula, and from September 2014 also of Making Music school, music school for all instruments in collaboration with the municipality of Occhiobello (RO).
